SUMMER DRESSES
For the past several years, my go-to summer look has been a breezy dress in white, cream, or beige. There’s just something about the one-and-done ease and elegance of such a garment. Also for some reason, I just love tempting fate. I wouldn’t say I exactly throw caution to the wind, but maybe I like to see how in-the-moment I can be to avoid stains as I drink tinto de verano, go about my daily errands, sit in the park, or go nuts at a bbq in these light colored dresses. There’s rarely anything a little bleach or a good dry cleaner can’t fix.
I could to continue to collect summer frocks in neutral tones ad infinitum. However, this summer I’m on a spending moratorium, and to be honest I’m going to be a bit envious of knowing you may go and actually buy these dresses I’m lusting after. That’s why I’ve been dragging my feet on giving you a round up of summer dresses to help you beat the heat. Well, dang it! Here it is. Enjoy looking like an angel, a vision, a sight for sore eyes, and pretty as a picture as you run amok in your post lockdown revelry.
P.S. If you’re also curbing your spending, I found a really nice organic cotton dress for under $100.
