This week we welcome Guest Sorter Olivia Lopez, who sent us her list of stylish travel essentials from Barcelona - or was it a remote island off the coast of Sweden? I can’t keep track of this globe trotting super human’s whereabouts, but I sure do enjoy following along on her Instagram Stories and having dinner with her when she touches down in LA from time to time. Olivia is the host of the culture podcast ‘The Art of Travel’ and founder of Bon Weekender, a studio and post-tourism story space. She is a frequent flyer based between Los Angeles, New York and Europe.
“Frequent flying teaches you a lot about developing a wardrobe and philosophy. As a result, I’ve become an essentialist. I like to invest in pieces that can effortlessly shift from beach to city, day to night, or styled trans-seasonally. There is something liberating about developing a uniform on the road, and really honing in on a style that sticks.”
